
Traffic Complaint Leads to Arrest of Peterborough Resident
Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on November 13, 2020 at approximately 12:30pm regarding a possible impaired driver on Highway 115. The vehicle was located and the driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Gage LAVELLE-SUTTON (age 27) of Peterborough, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
· Operation while impaired-alcohol
· Operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration-80 plus
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on December 30, 2020.
