
TRENTON RESIDENT CHARGED WITH OBSTRUCTION AFTER GIVING FALSE NAME DURING TRAFFIC STOP IN THE TOWN OF COBOURG
A man has been charged with obstruct police after a traffic stop.
On Thursday, December 17, at 12:30 am, police on patrol conducted a traffic stop on Division Street, at which time the driver of the vehicle provided officers with a false name.
As a result of the police investigation, 30-Year-old Jason Mccullough of Trenton is charged with:
- Obstruct Police contrary to Section 129(a) of the Criminal Code
The accused was issued an appearance notice with a pending court date.
