The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a home invasion in Trenton.

On January 17, 2021, Quinte West OPP responded to a residence on Princess Street, where it was reported three unknown persons forced open a door and threatened the complainant with firearms. The suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival.

The suspects are described as being black males, between the ages of 16 and 19 years old, approximately 68-kilograms (150 lbs) with shaved heads and no facial hair. Two of the suspects were described as being around 172-centimetres (5’8″) tall, while one may be taller and two were wearing either grey or blue hoodies and one was wearing a black hoodie.

Witnesses described the suspects as driving a small silver car, which was last seen driving on Scott Street in Trenton.

Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222- 8477(TIPS), where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
