At approximately 1:50am today, Northumberland OPP responded to an alarm call at the esso gas bar on County Rd 2 in the Village of Grafton. Upon arrival Northumberland OPP discovered that the front door had been breached by forced entry.
Northumberland OPP stated that an undisclosed amount of cigarettes have been stolen from the business during the break and enter.
Investigators are actively seeking information that may lead to the identity of the suspects responsible for this incident, and other incidents similar in nature that have occurred recently throughout the area.
