Three people arrested after being found in a Cobourg home they didn’t have permission to be in

On the morning of Thursday, June 17, 2021, police were dispatched to the area of Balls Lane in the Town of Cobourg regarding several people inside a boarded-up residence. Police arrived on the scene and located three individuals inside the home.

Police investigation revealed that the suspects did not have permission to be in the home. As a result, three Cobourg residents were arrested and charged.  

45-year old Eric BREMNER, 28-year-old Fraser EINARSSON and 32-year-old Tammy MARLOW were charged with the following:

  1. Unlawfully in Dwelling House, contrary to section 349(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada

Tammy MARLOW was also charged with – Fail to Comply with Probation Order, country to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

All three accused were released from custody with a future court date.
