Collision in Cobourg sends four to hospital

Cobourg Police are investigating a serious collision that took place earlier today on Ontario St in the Town of Cobourg.

It was shortly before 6:00PM Wednesday evening that emergency services were called to the parking lot of The Mill Restaurant and Pub just north of Elgin St.

Witnesses from the scene indicated that a pedestrian was struck by an SUV after leaving the roadway and later striking a tree.
