Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and emergency services attended a serious motor vehicle collision this morning at approximately 6:30 a.m., on Highway 35 in Cameron. The highway was closed for several hours while the OPP Traffic Collision Investigation (TCI) unit were at the scene.
Two drivers and one passenger were injured in the head-on collision that involved an SUV and a van. Two of the injured parties were transported to a Toronto area hospital with serious injuries.
