QUINTE WEST OPP SEEKING PUBLIC ASSISTANCE IN LOCATING A MISSING PERSON

The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking assistance from the public in an effort to locate a missing person last seen in the Frankford area.

On November 14, 2021 at approximately 7:00 p.m., Quinte West OPP entered into a missing person investigation after a report that a male had not been seen or heard from in several days, which was reported to be unusual behaviour.

Clinton COUGHLIN, 36 years old of Quinte West was last reported to have been seen in the early afternoon of Thursday, November 11, 2021 at the Frankford Municipal Office located at 23 Trent Street North, Frankford, in the City of Quinte West.

He is described as being a white male, 172 cm (5’8″), 85 kg (187 lbs.) with brown hair, brown eyes, a moustache, goatee and chinstraps. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, beige shirt, and blue stone washed jeans, white running shoes and carrying a black Under Armour backpack and is known to frequent Frankford, Trenton and the Belleville area.

The investigation, which is being conducted by the Quinte West OPP Crime Unit, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) is ongoing. Anyone who may have had any contact with Clinton COUGHLIN or has any information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
