Durham Regional Police searching for a suspect following a convenience store gunpoint robbery

Investigators are looking for a suspect after a convenience store was robbed at gunpoint in Oshawa.

On Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at approximately 6:45 a.m., members of East Division were dispatched to the Circle K convenience on King Street for an armed robbery. The lone suspect entered the store armed with a handgun and made a demand for cash. The suspect fled from the store eastbound on foot.  The victim didn’t sustain any physical injuries.

The suspect is described as male, white, medium build, 5’10”, wearing a ball cap, black and white face mask, black jacket with white lettering, hooded sweatshirt, black jogging pants, black and white running shoes.
