Beaverton man arrested after an indecent act in Oshawa: Police

A 29-year-old Beaverton man has been arrested and charged with six counts of Indecent Act stemming from an incident in Oshawa.   

On Friday, October 7, 2022, at approximately 5:00 p.m., a group of young females were outside near Wecker Drive and Madawaska Avenue, when a male in a black sedan pulled up beside them and committed an indecent act.   The young girls ran away and told a neighbour.  The police were notified after the incident occurred and have been able to locate and charge the accused. Investigators want to ensure there are no other victims.

Matthew ROONEY-FORGUES, age 29, of Beaverton has been charged with Indecent Exposure to a Person Under 16 x6. He was release on an Undertaking.
