Officers from West Division Community Response Team concluded an investigation into drug activity at Harwood Plaza resulting in six suspects charged.

In December, 2022, officers from West Division Community Response Team have concluded an investigation into ongoing drug activity at Harwood Plaza in Ajax. The investigation commenced in October, 2022, following numerous reports by community members of ongoing drug and criminal activity in the plaza. As a result, six suspects were charged with various offences.

Kevin WEBBER, age 42, of Ajax; Omar JARRETT, age 36, of Whitby; Matthew BIGELOW, age 26, of Ajax and Chris BIGELOW, age 45, of Ajax, were all charged with various drug related offences.

Samara MOSCHELLA, age 26, of Oshawa and Kevin LU, age 52, of Toronto, were also charged during this investigation with non-drug related offenses.
